Haewon Chung
Dr. Haewon Chung earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is a gentle, patient, and knowledgeable clinician who works well with people of all ages.
Dr. Chung has done one year of General Practice Residency Program at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital where she has acquired her clinical skills and patient care management in general dentistry ranging from fillings, root canal therapy, oral surgery, dental implant, periodontal surgery, children dentistry to a full mouth reconstruction. She is very good with children as she has had her special training in anxious pediatric patient management. She is certified in Advanced Pediatric Life Support as well as Oral Conscious Sedation and Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen Sedation for children.
Dr. Chung is a current member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends traveling, fitness, surfing and dining out at the local restaurants in Irvine and Orange County.
